Give the recipient’s full name, house or flat number, building, street, locality and full postcode. Make clear whether the address is on Malta or Gozo, and include useful gate, intercom or reception details and a Maltese telephone number if available.

Same-day delivery is available for eligible arrangements and addresses when ordered before 14:00 local time in Malta; peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. Plants, cakes and packaged gifts have their own available dates. A combination containing fresh flowers must also meet the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed. Contact customer service before ordering if arrival before an occasion or another deadline is essential. Confirm who can receive the gift if the recipient will be away.
